What are some of the best things about your team?Coordination and expertise in all aspects of the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I am not eligible for benefits ..I receive hourly pay only.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Respect I receive and engagement in operational matters.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many pigeon managers -- you set everything up, but they come in, poop on everything, and fly away thinking they actually contributed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More transparency. We get our sales goals on a post-it note. It is the same with goal attainment. Sometimes, I wonder if they are running two sets of books.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I had to interview with several people and each interview took hours and the interviewers asked some really inane questions. It was a grueling process.
