I am not eligible for benefits ..I receive hourly pay only.
health care has high deductible but negotiates great rates.
Fair pay and great benefits
The benefits are fair and the rates are comparable with other like companies.
Benefits include wellness incentives for exercise, mental wellness care, and nutrition.
Base salary is good as per current market
Now? The bonuses we can earn.
there are a lot of different 'perks at work,' new programs that I find constantly
HSA and 401k match definitely
Review from Marketing Dept
Of course, I'd like to make more money (like everyone else) but I feel that it's fair and people are not penalized unfairly when circumstances arise that are out of their control. The 401k match will make my retirement much more comfortable and our Chill Days have been much appreciated!
Pension scheme - 10% as standard is an excellent number and extremely competitive.
Incredibly fair car allowance, on top of a fair salary
Review from Sales Dept
We are fairly compensated, and McGraw Hill uses incentives and bonuses to motivate the team. But since not everyone is motivated, after a certain extent, monetarily, McGraw Hill has additional ways to recognize top performers through sales awards, contests, assignments, mentorships and other ways.
Great Benefits / competitive salary
Review from Customer Support Dept
I not only have an opportunity to bonus with the team...they offer individual awards as well.
Review from Sales Dept
Starting at 3 weeks paid time off, plus 3 floating holidays and a birthday day. Very flexible work environment!
Salary
More transparency. We get our sales goals on a post-it note. It is the same with goal attainment. Sometimes, I wonder if they are running two sets of books.
Review from Sales Dept
The pay is decent but the health insurance is awful and other benefits are minimal.
Horrible pay compared to industry. If you're claiming to be tech, you have to pay like it.
More equity rewards for performance and tenure
The company oy values employees who bow down to the likes of executive leadership team. There is a racket and group of employees in Columbus location who do not allow anybody else from other locations to grow.
If bonuses were fair and base salaries were better. Merit increases are nil for reps.
While salary is comparable, the benefits are not on par with what I would expect of a large company
I was promised a promotion twice and both times there were circumstances that delayed it. Chicago is not paid the same as New York even though the cost of living is comparable.
They keep adding work on to us from getting rid of people with no extra compensation.
Since I'm just on the project-based, we don't have a HMO. It could have been better if we have one.

Better Health benefits and the ability to take time off when I want to
