My boss is amazing and the company commitment to mental health during the pandemic has been something to be in awe of. As an acknowledgement of the hectic pace we were all keeping, we've had a few "chill days" that just remind us all to take care of ourselves. Taking care of family/self is expected!
That flexibility to work the hours that you need to work and where you perform these hours - at home, in the office. Work early, finish early, etc.

Radically change level 1 and 2 leadership
Many things. Mainly the CTO abd few so called VPs. Its a school environment.
Stop promoting people who have worked at the company for 20+ years who aren't qualified.
