They set expectations and those of us who follow those are upset because the ones who don't get away with being lazy and they are afraid of the bad ones
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working for Walmart for 15 years and a new associate gets paid the same as what I do it took me 15 years to make. I believe they should raise our pay $2 like the new associates
