I have worked for Walmart for 51/2 years. I was told that I should be making like $17.00 an hour as long as I have been with Walmart and right now I only receive $15.05 per hour. It Was not worth loosing my My Share Pay Out
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
To be treated with respect and Dignity . Give back our bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat their workers with respect , stop discriminating against the older White Associates. Fair work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Teach Management to have respect for their associates, They are so rude to me I can not stand it. Management plays favoritism with all the college students not cool.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
quit training all my College Co-workers to be my pretend supervisors , ?they don't do any work! ?All they do is stand around and talk. I have seniority over all of them. Raise my pay to $17 and would like my bonuses back.
