I am happiest when I feel I have made a contribution to our collective goals.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart, hardworking, always ready to lend a hand, all working toward the same goal, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked the people I met and the conversational tone of the interview. I could see myself as their colleague.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Because we're all working for the same goals, there is a real sense of camaraderie and support both within and among teams.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They set very clear goals for the company and work with us to help us meet them. That includes helping create effective strategies, providing access to information that is important to achieving success, actively getting involved and providing feedback, and being transparent about where we stand.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the parental leave policy could be leveled up. Quality maternity leave is a really big expense and I understand why it would be tough to swallow, but I fear the company will lose some of its top female talent if they can't provide adequate support to mothers.
