What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We Have started monthly safety, quality, and production meetings just trying to get a better culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have problems even buying our own tires with the new discount system. I Have to a huge family who always bought Goodyears and now its a huge event if just one buys them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to get back our self pride with our company stop thinking I am entitled to the pay and not earn it. We could work together on helping a struggling mamgement team we have a high turnover rate with frontline mangers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to find a way to keep our engineers and management staff in postions longer than a few years because with every switch comes a new system. Also the programs we try such as plant optimization lose there progress just a little each time we have a change at the plant level.
