We're like a big family
Most people on a 1-on-1 basis are collaborative and respectful, like any company, you have some bad apples in the bunch that make for a not so great experience but overall really good

The team is really supportive

We have zero training, no guidelines, a slow process, and no-one seems to be accountable for any of this. It's strange. As a manager I feel pretty unsupported.
