Great company but feel raises should occur twice a year and more than what it currently is. But other than that i enjoy my jobband team members.

The routine and the tram workers and knowing our position and the job its repetative and in a good way i mean that . I knowwhat im going into wirk and facing and will be doing each day. No changing in that i like that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel hourly pay should be $2 more per hour for loackage habdlers. And all employees should be given a raise twice a year if they do their job well and a good worker. Price of things continue to rise and so should our pay i feel. And why do we nit get bonuses ever for holidays? Or even just yeari
