Ups is a good job with excellent benefits once u get passed your probation period. Everyone the makes u feel welcomed & comfortable from day 1 until now . I've been their almost a year now & really do enjoy going to work everyday. It's hard work & challenging at times but we always get the job done

We can help one another out if our flow is slow in our trailor & we get to listen to music of our choice which is cool
What is the best part about your compensation package?
About our pay I said yes & no . I think a check is a check but for as much work ,& sweat& adapting we do in the little time we have is crazy & I feel we should get more money then we do
