What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in my experience has definitely tried to balance the need for growth and expansion with realistic expectations of what can be done. They consistently express a willingness to hear from employees directly

There is a wonderful lack of ego on the leadership team. Outside thinking is actively encouraged and teams are empowered to solve problems.
Collaborative. The team has healthy discussions, then commits as a team to move forward.
The leadership team has always been proactive and forth-coming with any changes or questions around the company. They are very transparent and honest to all the employees. I have a lot of faith and respect for the leadership team.

The Lingotek Leadership team provides great support to all levels of departments. They listen and consider the opinions of all employees regardless of their job title. They provide an extremely flexible and supportive work life balance for all employees.
They actually care about the employees. Yes, we need to make a profit, etc but the perspective of the employee is never forgotten.
They're very understanding, patient, and always willing to jump in to help.
