Team interactions carry the essence of cooperation rather than competition. We all want the same things, and tearing each other down won't help us get there

My team has a great sense of collaboration and working with everyone is a great pleasure! The priorities are always discussed together beforehand and working on specific tasks along with improvements and new ideas and encouraged a lot!

Albeit small, the team I work on is very productive. We are able to work through any type of issue with minimal tension between one another when it comes to disagreements on proposed solutions. I love that while we all have our own areas of expertise, we're always willing to help each other learn.
