What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that we have brought in an executive team with outside experience and that they know when to push and when to let something slide. You all have managed to find a good balance.

The employees are well taken care of with compensations and workplace perks (soda, coffee, indoor center, outdoor center, etc)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a variety of bosses over the previous 3.5 years and an informal annual review process has allowed compensation conversations to fall between the cracks. However, I believe that this issue is largely fixed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is located all across the country. It's fantastic being able to communicate with them clearly wherever I am. It's always a joy working with them.

There is a sense of warmness all across the company. It feels like family here.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work where I'd like. I don't feel trapped at all, I can simply move to another spot. There is a lot of freedom here, but there's still a sense of having to be responsible with said freedom. It's a refreshing workplace.
