Overall Faithlife is a good place to work, but your experience really depends on your department and manager.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited vacation, and for individual employees, the health benefits are amazing!

What makes you most happy at work?

The opportunity for autonomy and growth in skils areas that interest me.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There's clear favoritism shown by leadership for certain departments, and that in turn engenders a culture of department-centrism and at times hinders communication and collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It really depends on your department, your team lead, and your manager. Some teams have great culture; others see huge turnover and there's a lot of dissatisfaction.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Honestly the interview process (which varies by department as there is no HR) was long, drawn out, and overly complicated. I had to take an intelligence test, and be interviewed by the CEO and the VP, for an entry level position.
