Right now it's WFH on Fridays for seasoned employees.

Most of my team was in SF but the 2 people down in Sherman Oaks were fantastic at helping me.

The hierarchy is flat. If you take the initiative, there are individual development opportunities but it's informal.

Fun, energetic but quiet when you need it to be due to large number of closed offices.

Fun, food and drinks. Laser tag and go-carting have been typical outings. All-hands offsites and team lunches and dinners happen, too.

Shared open space in San Francisco with private office, too. LA has mix of closed offices which some employees share together.
