What's the office vibe like at XANT?

Pretty Dismal. Multiple layoffs have put a huge damper on the enthusiasm that once was very common.
Honestly, it's nothing special. It was supposed to be an industrial/steampunk theme for the decor but it just ends up looking unfinished—like we ran out of money.
