What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall the executive team is great. I believe in their vision. Sometimes there is too much spin to make things look better than reality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading, business, honesty, less vapor ware more software.
This company needs a whole new management team. All the good talent has previously left because they could see that the future for this company looks dim
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base Salary is competitive with industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market comparable pay for the same job
I would work for less at a better run company that has a future ahead of it.
the stock options vest in an almost impossible way to ever cash in on them
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is really focused and happy to help.
Everyone is willing to help each other out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Time to move on and not look back
My coworkers need to start thinking about their families and find another job with a company that has a future.
be less cool-aid drinkers when the writing is on the wall

Quit in time is the best time

Entirely new board of directors and a new executive management team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor product, poor execution and poor value proposition for customers. There are many superior products in the marketplace.
product is bug laden and data asset is questionable
