Culture is not as important as it once was. Burnout is on high.
An honest and positive company that treats its employees with respect, promotes a health "work-hard, play hard" attitude, and actually lives and works by its core values. Compensation is very fair, perhaps above average, but the people are what make it so worthwhile working here.

Before joining Pipedrive, I couldn't imagine that dream jobs actually exist. They do in Pipedrive, the experience here has been indescribably awesome. I love Pipedrive!

What is Pipedrive's policy towards pets in the workplace?
Pipedrive is a pet friendly company. On a regular workday you can be sure to find more than 1 dog in the office ;)
Pets are welcome in Pipedrive! Of course they should not disturb other people, but so far this has not happened either. Lots of people bring dogs and cats to work here.

The best! I enjoy every day working with them
Pipedrive has put lot of effort into hiring people who are openminded and friendly. You could tell about almost anybody there to be cool nerd.

There is a lot that could be done better, and people are free to choose the tools to make the good stuff happen.

This of course depends on the personality, but it is rather easy to get into mood of "living in Pipedrive". In some sense, it is a cozy home to be in, but in another the work might take much of one's overall attention.

at the moment very open office, but we will move in a week to the new office, where we have mostly 12-20 people rooms
For engineering - rooms for 10, very cool recreation areas

There are definitely event more over-the-edge companies out there, but Pipedrive really tries to make things that do not work better, also looks eagerly to acquire new technologies and ideas.

How are the career growth opportunities on the Engineering team at Pipedrive?
Engineers are free to grow/start working on any other positions and fields. There are lots of occasions when an engineer has turned into a product manager, engineering manager etc
Depends on the level. It is clear and transparent for engineers from junior to senior/principal. But leaders positions are not so clear as there are less positions available.
How flexible is your work schedule at Pipedrive?
Flexible
You decide yourself when to show up and when to leave. As long as the work is done, it's very flexible. Of course you have to attend the meetings you've committed to, and unless you have a good reason, people mostly work from the office.

It is longer process, but nice
