Morale is high - sure we have stressful times, but the celebrations after our latest success are awesome!

What's the office layout like at G2?
Everyone, from CEO to new employee straight out of college is working in an open cube/ desk. Our goal is to be as collaborative as possible, so no offices.

What's the vibe like in the Communications dept at G2? How many hours are you working?
We have a lot of fun, even though the work load is enormous. We try to keep a work / life balance and keep the working hours under 50 hours per week and for the most part we are successful in doing that.
What makes you most happy at G2?
The culture/environment, the coworkers and the work itself.

Learning to improve cross-functional communications between teams.

Payed fair with a possible bonus if company hits goals. Good stock options. 401k, health, dental as expected/standard to most jobs
