What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at G2 has bloomed into a team of individuals dedicated to not only making the company a thriving & successful business, but also a group truly aware of their employee contributions and the value happy employees can add to a business.
Must have a good talent to work
great leadership across the board
They actually walk the talk (or is it walk the walk?). The company was designed with the culture in mind first and foremost, which really shows. Leadership's use of coaches and clear communication shows their commitment to development.
Leadership has built a strong culture and painted a clear vision for building a meaningful company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with each other and bringing information to everyone. And no more micromanaging those who don't need it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything is nice and cool
the benefits are really outstanding
Benefits are awesome. The company just did a huge benchmarking study, which helped a lot of people. Tons of perks! Catered lunch, new maternity/paternity policy, lots of interaction with leadership.
Stock options and equity will have a lot of value
Payed fair with a possible bonus if company hits goals. Good stock options. 401k, health, dental as expected/standard to most jobs

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is caring, super smart, and empathetic!
Is a perfect mix of knowledge.
Team is really open to learning and growing.
A lot of smart people based on aptitude testing
I work with intelligent people who are on my wavelength which is nice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
nothing needs to improve in my opinion
Learning to improve cross-functional communications between teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The level of employee involvement in employee resource groups and cultural initiatives.
Is a grown-up environment very flexible and your are encouraged to pursue other interests.
Expectations are clear, and feedback is given regularly.
G2 Gives philanthropic initiative drives a lot of amazing initiatives including Girls who Code and New Story
Culture is great but taking a dive. There is some animosity between certain departments. Lots of pressure coming from the top is ruining it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The hiring manager was a wonderful human! Made me feel super welcome and wanted.
We get to meet a lot of people during the process.
Met many interesting people who believed in the mission of the company

it is a tough interview process
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with motivated & happy individuals. I also love having a company & boss who care about my career growth.
Its ok! It's very good. I like it
The people are smart and fun, and the work is challenging.
