Pipedrivers not only work hard, but play hard as well. Our Slack chats are constantly bubbling with jokes and event invitations, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a hobby or interest that isn’t represented. How employees describe working at Pipedrive
Cool people, great benefits, interesting job
Culture is not as important as it once was. Burnout is on high.
An honest and positive company that treats its employees with respect, promotes a health "work-hard, play hard" attitude, and actually lives and works by its core values. Compensation is very fair, perhaps above average, but the people are what make it so worthwhile working here.
It used to be excellent.
