Culture is not as important as it once was. Burnout is on high.
An honest and positive company that treats its employees with respect, promotes a health "work-hard, play hard" attitude, and actually lives and works by its core values. Compensation is very fair, perhaps above average, but the people are what make it so worthwhile working here.

If you are an engineer, learn as much as you can about the stack of the microservices. Everything will start to make more sense after you have a better overview of how it's all put together.
