What is the best part about your compensation package?

6 weeks of holidays per year
Leave and PTO plans. They are really good. Options are a bit tough with the vesting period being so long; but the bonus and base comp are really competitive for where I live

Benchmarked fairly against market average.
Stocks are only available at a certain tier of work, i believe that could be better balanced
I think compensation should be tied to business impact and actual performance as well.
I am paid significantly lower than the market rate.

People are really what makes Pipedrive different. Everyone is open and genuinely supports each other.
They are always ready to help. Any questions you have they are there to jump in.
