More transparency about how much others in the team get paid would help. It would be outstanding if Pipedrive would be a company that adopts total salary transparency. A clearer promotion and bonuses system would help, too.

We have an interview with the future team members I feel like that is very good to set the scene on how the team will be, I also met with a senior leader in my field and it was great to set expectations and put me at ease

The chance to meet a lot of different people from the company which helped me understand the company culture.

How well organized it was, it was long and with a lot of steps, but I never felt lost. Many instructions as well, so I felt like I knew what I was going for

Had multiple interviews, one with my proposed manager and another with the person that would be training me. Nice that multiple people on different teams are involved in the process to make sure the candidate is a perfect fit

Participating in new projects and learning about AI.

That I feel comfortable in my team and role and have the flexibility of working from home

The laid back professional culture, it is stressful yes, but they (direct and indirect management) always try their best, so it is not felt as something negative, breaks are incentivized per example
