I think compensation should be tied to business impact and actual performance as well.

More transparency about how much others in the team get paid would help. It would be outstanding if Pipedrive would be a company that adopts total salary transparency. A clearer promotion and bonuses system would help, too.

Personally I work in the support department, which is by the way considered one of the best software supports in the World. Having this said, I think our salaries should go hands in hands with the recognition, since support is one of the lowest tiers in Pipedrive.
