The interview process was relatively fast compared to other interviews I took part in (around 4 stages). I felt welcomed and encouraged. I loved the fact that I was able to meet some of my teammates during the process, and not only the manager. Overall a nice experience for a hiring process :)

The process was well organized and transparent.

We have an interview with the future team members I feel like that is very good to set the scene on how the team will be, I also met with a senior leader in my field and it was great to set expectations and put me at ease

The chance to meet a lot of different people from the company which helped me understand the company culture.

How well organized it was, it was long and with a lot of steps, but I never felt lost. Many instructions as well, so I felt like I knew what I was going for

Had multiple interviews, one with my proposed manager and another with the person that would be training me. Nice that multiple people on different teams are involved in the process to make sure the candidate is a perfect fit

Super detailed and people oriented.

It's not easy to get a job here, but the whole multi-round interview process is built in a way that it's the interview for both the candidate and the company - both need match with each other.
