How we approach things/changes, and encourage hard work to meet goals
People treat each other respectfully and are friendly, company events are always fun to attend, and we have nice traditions like brining a "kringel" for everyone when it's your anniversary/birthday
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture has been eroding during the last year with new hires to leadership positions. Ineffective people should be made accountable.
