We have a lot of very intelligent people who can pinch hit when needed.

Everyone works hard and are owners in the company. They're also very supportive and collaborative.

The conversation with the people were very real and they were very transparent about everything. I felt like I could trust everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
The great people that I get to work with every single day. I also think we have a killer product in a very hot space right now.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better management and better leadership. They care too much about the numbers at the expense of their employee's mental health. Ironically, if you take care of the employees, they will take care of the number. The "leaders" don't understand this.
