What do you like best about the leadership team at Luxoft?
Came to the position of financial analyst at the Kiev office in 2020. The hiring process went relatively quickly and comfortably (all stages of the interviews were completed within 3 weeks). On the very first working day, I was provided with most of the access and all the necessary equipment). The company for me consists of a large number of positive aspects, such as: 1) People (you can check the info with any team member, one hundred percent they will help you); 2) Corporate events / meetings in the office (the budget for 2021 is laid down - so welcome); 3) Development (not only hard skills are pumped, but also soft skills - multitasking is our everything). Of the negative aspects, I can only single out the complication of work processes by an attempt to introduce systems that, in theory, were supposed to make life easier. In general, I recommend the company for employment :)
