What did you like most about the interview process?

the process keeps getting more rigorous over time

I was asked intelligent questions and my answers were listened to properly.

Review from Marketing Dept

I love that my nervousness disappeared during the interview. They made me feel comfortable in presenting the skills that would make me fit for the job.

Review from Operations Dept

How interactive and interested the interviewers were with my candidacy

Review from Business Development Dept

It felt like my interviewers were mostly getting to know me, and that helped me feel like I was getting to know them and the company as well. They were friendly, and I remember one of them saying something like "We expect that people will make mistakes." That's ultimately what made me want the job.

Review from Design Dept

I liked that it was more about the person they were interviewing and less about what I looked like on paper. I didn't have a ton of experience but I was confident I had the skills necessary. They allowed me to show my skills, instead of ignoring me due to a less-qualified resume.

Review from Design Dept

I was not as nervous as I was in my past interviews with other companies. I found myself just smiling and was comfortable talking with my interviewers.

Review from Operations Dept

The interviewers were very friendly and they made sure that I was already confortable talking to them by doing a short introduction before they started asking situational questions.

Review from Operations Dept

Very casual interview experience, I felt like it was a good fit from the start.

Review from Marketing Dept

What I liked the most about the interview process was how quick it was. I didn't have to wait long to hear back.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Questions felt reasonable, and I didn't feel like I was trying to get tricked into saying the wrong thing. I also felt like I was judged beyond my work experience, and asked about how I best function in a professional work place. I liked that I was able to see if this was a good fit for me, too.

Review from Design Dept

I interviewed awhile ago. I met with 3 separate individuals. Everyone was friendly and prompt about responding to me.

Review from Operations Dept

No pressure in the atmosphere.

Review from Marketing Dept

I felt like they didn't ask the typical interview questions. Instead, they asked questions to gauge my expertise and my ability to grow and become better

Review from Executive Dept

Very personalized, thorough, yet friendly. We both knew what we were getting into by the time we were ready to move forward.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I interviewed over 2 years ago now so things at the company used to look and be run very differently. Back when I interviewed, thing were very casual and a little unprofessional. I really think things have improved since then, but I'm sure there is always room for further improvement.
