- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?In my experience, similar roles are compensated at about a 50% higher rate than here. Additionally PTO does not begin to accumulate for 6 months.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?My department usually gets the brunt of a disappointed, upset customer whether it was our fault or not. We usually end up patching up relations when we have little to no experience with that. A lot of blame comes our way because we're the bottom of the payroll pole, but hardly any recognition.
