Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my experience, similar roles are compensated at about a 50% higher rate than here. Additionally PTO does not begin to accumulate for 6 months.

There is no process for taking time off, so you kind of have to just figure it out then spend extra time when you get back to make up for it. Compensation compared to industry average is low. The amount of work being put in by all departments deserve better compensation.

Its hard to take time off, if you miss a day it feels that you have to play catch up for a week just to get it back to normal. The commission structure needs a little work to help compensate successes. There is no 401K.
