Mr. Timothy J. Shaheen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Cadiz Inc. since November 19, 2008 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Shaheen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun World International, L.L.C. (formerly, Sun World International, Inc.), which is a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Cadiz Inc. from September 1996 to April 2005. He is also active on several industry advisory committees. He has sixteen years of experience in the produce industry, most recently serving as a senior executive with Albert Fisher North America from 1989 to 1996. While with Albert Fisher, he also served as Director of its Canadian produce operations and as a Director of Fresh Western Marketing, one of the largest growers/shippers of fresh vegetables in the Salinas Valley of California. Prior to his employment with Albert Fisher, Mr. Shaheen has seven years of experience with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP. He has been a Director of Cadiz Inc., since March 1999. Mr. Shaheen also serves as a Director of The United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association, a national trade organization which represents interests of fruit and vegetable producers and distributors. He served as a Director of Sun World International Inc., from September 1996 to April 2005. Mr. Shaheen served as Director of Los Angeles Association of Produce Wholesalers and Dealers. Mr. Shaheen is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Keith Brackpool serves as Executive Board Member of The Stronach Group, Inc. Mr. Brackpool has been Principal of 1334 Partners LP, a partnership that owns commercial real estate since 1989. He founded Cadiz Inc and served as its Chief Executive Officer from December 1991 to February 1, 2013 and its President from December 1991 to April 12, 2011 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer from May 19, 2003 to October 2005 and Principal Accounting Officer. He serves as the Chairman of Sun World International, L.L.C. He has been the Chairman of Cadiz Inc since May 14, 2001 and its Director since September 1986. Mr. Brackpool serves as a Director of Sun World International, L.L.C.
