Mr. David Barry Miller serves as Chief Financial Officer at Champions Oncology, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Finance since June 30, 2013. Mr. Miller served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at DMCWW, LLC. From January 2006 to March 2010, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of NAF Funding, LLC. From January 2000 to December 2005, he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at IDT Corp., where he led the creation and growth of the consumer phone services division to over one million customers of local and long distance service. From 1997 to 1999, he served as an Assistant Vice President of the Internal Audit Department at Deutche Bank. He also held Senior Accountant positions at Schonbraun, Safris, Sternlieb, LLC and Margolin, Winer and Evans. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.S. from Yeshiva University in 1991 and an MBA from Fordham in 1999.

Dr. Angela M. Davies, M.D., FRCPC has been Chief Medical Officer at Champions Oncology, Inc., since January 6, 2014. Dr. Davies served as Chief Medical Officer, Head of Clinical Development & Medical Oncology and Executive Vice President at NovoCure Ltd. Dr. Davies served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Oncology at OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. since April 2010. She was responsible for the clinical development of Tarceva and pipeline compounds. She joined OSI in February 2008 as Senior Director of Clinical Development and served as its Vice President of Clinical Research since August 2009. Prior to OSI, she served as a Practicing Oncologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Davis Cancer Center. At UC Davis, she ran a lung cancer clinic and a Phase I/developmental therapeutic clinic. Dr. Davies was the Principal Investigator on many multi-institutional early phase clinical trials and was a lead investigator in the Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG) Thoracic and Early Therapeutics Committees. She has demonstrated leadership and success in both academic clinical practice and as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry. She trained in Canada and is a board certified internist and medical oncologist and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada. She completed post-fellowship training in oncology drug development at the UC Davis Cancer Center. At UC Davis, she maintained a clinical oncology practice and served as Director of the developmental therapeutic (Phase I) clinic and Co-Director of the thoracic oncology program. She has authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been the recipient of honors and awards, including being honored as one of ???America's Best Doctors??? in 2006 and 2007 and receiving the SWOG Young Investigators Award in 2003. She completed her medical training at University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Davies earned her M.D. degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Philip Breitfeld serves as the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer of Champions Oncology, Inc.. Philip started at Champions Oncology, Inc. in December of 2016. Philip currently resides in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area.
