Mr. Robert N. Fried, also known as Rob, has been President and Chief Strategy Officer at ChromaDex Corporation since March 12, 2017. Mr. Fried is the founder of Spiritclips, LLC and serves as its and Chief Executive Officer. He is a Co-Founder at Healthspan Research, LLC. He is a founder of subscription video on demand service Feeln. Mr. Fried founded Fried Films in 1990 and has been its President since 1990. Mr. Fried has founded several digital media companies, such as Spirit EMX, an internet video content company and Ideation Mobile Media. He has served as consultant to numerous entities, advising them on studio slate financings, the formation of independent film production companies, computer animation, theatrical production, Internet planning and general strategic planning and business development. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ideation Acquisition Corp. from November 2007 to October 2009. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of WhatsHotNow.com (WHN) from July 1999 to June 2001. He served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Moulin Global Eyecare Holdings Ltd. (a/k/a, Moulin International Holdings Ltd.). Before joining Moulin International Holdings Ltd. in 2003, he co-founded and served as Senior Vice President of marketing for Signature Eyewear. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Marketing Executive for Motorola, Quasar Electronics, Marantz Stereo and the Nautilus Fitness Company. From December 1994 to June 1996, Mr. Fried served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Savoy Pictures, a unit of Savoy Pictures Entertainment, Inc. He led the turnaround of Savoy's motion picture and television departments, which included marketing, distribution, business affairs, creative development and physical production, which is now a part of InterActive Corp., in 1996. From 1983 to 1990, he held several executive positions including Executive Vice President in charge of Production for Columbia Pictures, Director of Film Finance and Special Projects for Columbia Pictures and Director of Business Development at Twentieth Century Fox. He is an academy award winning motion picture producer. He is a Digital Media Entrepreneur and Accomplished Film Producer. He has over 23 years of experience founding and operating traditional and digital media companies, as well as producing numerous award winning feature films. He serves as the Chairman of IDI Holdings, LLC. He served as the Chairman of Cogint, Inc. (formerly known as, IDI, Inc., Tiger Media, Inc.) from August 2011 to June 2015. He served as Co-chairman of Cogint, Inc. from October 30, 2009 to August 2011. From November 1996 to June 2001, he served as the Chairman of WhatsHotNow.com (WHN), an e-commerce service provider to the entertainment and licensed merchandise industries, which he founded in 1996. He has been an Independent Director of ChromaDex Corporation since July 13, 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Cogint, Inc. since October 2009. He served as a Director of Ideation Acquisition Corp. from June 1, 2007 to October 2009. He served on the advisory board of WebTV Networks, Inc. and Intermix, Inc., owner of Myspace.com. Mr. Fried also operates several Hallmark Cards??? digital businesses including e-cards and personalized digital cards. Mr. Fried has produced or served as Executive Producer for 15 films, including Man of the Year and Collateral. and Boondock Saints. Mr. Fried's films have won numerous awards, including an Academy Award for the Live Action Short Film Session Man, the ASCAP award for Collateral, the Christopher Award for Rudy, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Godzilla and Emmy, SAG and Golden Globe awards for Winchell. He is a published author on the subject of marketing. He holds a Master's Degree in Marketing/Communications from Boston University. He holds a BS from Cornell University. Mr. Fried holds an M.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Thomas C. Varvaro, also known as Tom, has been Senior Vice President of Finance at ChromaDex Corporation since October 9, 2017. Mr. Varvaro served as the Chief Financial Officer of ChromaDex Corporation, a subsidiary of Cody Resources since January 2004 until October 9, 2017 and served as its Secretary since March 2006 until October 9, 2017. Mr. Varvaro served as Treasurer of ChromaDex Corporation. As Chief Financial Officer of ChromaDex, he was responsible for overseeing all of it's operations including all aspects of accounting, information technology, inventory, distribution and human resources management. He has extensive process mapping and business process improvement skills, along with a solid information technology background that includes management and implementation experiences ranging from custom application design to enterprise wide system deployment. He also has hands-on experience in integrating acquisitions and in new facility startups. He has broad legal experience in intellectual property (IP), contract and employment law. In working with manufacturing organizations, Mr. Varvaro has overseen plant automation, reporting and bar code tracking implementations. Prior to ChromaDex, he was employed by Fast Heat Inc., from 1998 to 2004, where he served as its Chief Financial Officer. During his time there, he was responsible for all financial matters including accounting, risk management and human resources. He was also employed by HVAC, packaging and food processing industries, where he began as Controller and rose to Chief Information Officer and then Chief Financial Officer during his tenure. Prior to this, he was employed by Maple Leaf Bakery, Inc., from 1993 to 1998, where he began as Staff Accountant and rose to Assistant Controller during his tenure. He serves as a Director of Cody Resources, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of MabVax Therapeutics Holdings Inc. since April 3, 2015. He served as a Director of ChromaDex Corporation from March 2006 to May 20, 2010. He has been certified as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Varvaro has a BS in Accounting from University of Illinois, Urbana.

Troy Rhonemus serves as the COO of ChromaDex. Troy started at ChromaDex in March of 2014. Troy currently resides in Orange County, California Area.

Lisa Bratkovich serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of ChromaDex. Lisa started at ChromaDex in June of 2018. Lisa currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.

Derik Ward serves as the Vice President Operations of ChromaDex. Derik started at ChromaDex in October of 2017. Derik currently resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

David Burns serves as the VP of Marketing of ChromaDex. David started at ChromaDex in June of 2018. David currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.
