Mr. Jim Dass has been Vice President of Human Resources at Ciner Resource Partners LLC, General Partner of Ciner Resources LP since February 2014. Mr. Dass served as Vice President of Human Resources of OCI Chemical Corporation since February 2014. His responsibilities include managing the human resources team at OCI Enterprises's headquarters as well as providing strategic leadership to OCI's various businesses. He is also responsible for the strategic vision, direction and alignment of all functional initiatives related to OCI??? s business strategy. He has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management at organizations such as Chemtura, Honeywell, Delta and Stouffer Hotels. He has also completed several advanced certifications including an Advanced Executive Certification in Human Resources from the University of Michigan and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology and Political Science from the University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration from Clark University.

Ms. Nicole C. Daniel has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at OCI Chemical Corporation since July 2013 and also serves as its Vice President. Ms. Daniel has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ciner Resource Partners LLC, General Partner of Ciner Resources LP since July 2013. She served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Albemarle Corp. since March 2010. Ms. Daniel served as Assistant Corporate Secretary of Albemarle Corp. since January 2008 and also served as its Deputy General Counsel. Ms. Daniel served as an Assistant General Counsel of Albemarle Corp. since January 2008. She served as an Assistant Secretary of Albemarle Corp. since January 2008. Ms. Daniel served as Corporate Director of Investor Relations Division at Albemarle Corp. since October 25, 2005. She joined Albemarle in November 2002 in Richmond as Associate Counsel and served as its Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary since March 2010. She served as an Associate of Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Va. She received Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary in Government and graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1997.

Mr. Scott Randall Humphrey has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ciner Resource Partners LLC , General Partner of Ciner Resources LP since August 2017. Mr. Humphrey leads the finance and accounting teams for Ciner Resources Corporation and Ciner Resource Partners LLC, the general partner of Ciner Resources LP. His responsibilities include overseeing Ciner's overall financing activities, investor relations, treasury and accounting. He served as Corporate Treasury Director at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. Mr. Humphrey served as Director of Finance and Treasurer of Ciner Resource Partners LLC, General Partner of Ciner Resources LP until August 2017. Mr. Humphrey served as Director of Finance and Treasurer of Ciner Resource Partners LLC, General Partner of Ciner Resources LP since November 4, 2015 and served as its Director of Investor Relations at Ciner Resource Partners LLC until November 4, 2015. He has nearly 20 years financial management experience. He has held a variety of senior finance positions at Hyco International, Inc., Enterpulse and General Electric. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgetown University.

Ms. Christopher Lee DeBerry has been Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Ciner Resource Partners LLC, General Partner of Ciner Resources LP since July 28, 2017. Ms. DeBerry served as Corporate Controller of Corporate Controller of Ciner Resource Partners LLC, General Partner of Ciner Resources LP.

Scott Humphrey serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Ciner Resources. Scott started at Ciner Resources in August of 2017. Scott currently resides in Greater Atlanta Area.
