Provide technical services to both external and internal staff, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and professional services. Key roles: Support engineer Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases Act as the primary liaison between the company and high-value customers Communicate and solve customers’ problems via email and live chat Create well-crafted case responses, providing root cause analysis, instructive steps and a lot of TLC to our customers Sales engineer Answer pre-sales technical enquiries from prospects Participate in sales discovery calls to document the needs of the prospect Create Statement-Of-Work documents detailing the customer’s requirements and the associated solution(s) we are offering
