Mr. Khoso Baluch has been the Chief Executive Officer of CorMedix, Inc. since October 3, 2016. Mr. Baluch served as Senior Vice President and President Europe, Middle East & Africa EMEA at UCB, SA or UCB, from January 2015 to early 2016, Senior Vice President and President of the European Region of UCB from February 2013 to December 2014 and Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of UCB from January 2010 to February 2013. Prior to joining UCB, Mr. Baluch worked for Eli Lilly & Co for 24 years, holding international positions spanning Europe, the Middle East and the United States in general management, business development, market access and product leadership. He has been a Director of CorMedix, Inc. since October 3, 2016. He has served as an Independent Director of Poxel SA, a French publically traded biotech company, since 2013. Mr. Baluch holds a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from City University London and a Masters of Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management.

Mr. John Ortiz serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at CorMedix, Inc. Mr. Ortiz joined CorMedix in January 2015. He has held executive positions in quality assurance/quality control and regulatory affairs at Johnson & Johnson's domestic and international operations, Janssen Pharmaceutical and Correvio LLC. Mr. Ortiz oversaw the design of operations and quality control facilities, acquisition of innovative testing technologies and quality management systems for pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices compliant with regulatory statutes and guidelines set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and EU Pharmaceutical Commission and international operations including Asia Pacific and Latin America. He has also directed interdisciplinary teams and functions relating to the development of pharmaceutical products in diverse delivery systems, as well as the clinical and post-approval manufacturing and commercial distribution phases. Mr. Ortiz has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Robert W. Cook, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Financial Officer of CorMedix, Inc. since February 01, 2017. Mr. Cook served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bio Blast Pharma Ltd. from January 2015 to June, 2016. Mr. Cook has over 25 years of experience in senior finance and management leadership roles in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. He served as Senior Financial Advisor of Strata Skin Sciences, Inc. since November 9, 2015. He served as a Vice President in the Healthcare Group at General Electric Capital Commercial Finance. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Strata Skin Sciences, Inc., (also known as MELA Sciences, Inc.) since April 14, 2014 until November 9, 2015. Mr. Cook served as the Chief Financial Officer of Immune Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary. Mr. Cook served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of EpiCept Corporation since August 20, 2012 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration since April 2004 and also served as its Secretary. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Epicept Corporation and served as its Treasurer since May 2005. He served as a Consultant of Pharmos Corporation until December 31, 2004. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pharmos Corporation from May 1995 to March 2004 and served as its Executive Vice President from February 2001 to March 2004. From May 1995 to January 1998, Mr. Cook served as a Vice President in GE Capital's commercial finance subsidiary, based in New York. From 1977 to 1995, he held a variety of corporate finance and capital markets positions at The Chase Manhattan Bank, both in the U.S. and in several overseas locations. He served as the Managing Director of Chase in January 1986. He served as a Director of Immune Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2013. He served as a Director of EpiCept Corporation since August 28, 2012. Mr. Cook received his B.S. in International Finance from The American University, Washington, D.C.

Mr. John L. Armstrong, Jr., also known as Jack, MBA, has been an Executive Vice President of Technical Operations and Head of Human Resources at CorMedix, Inc., since March 7, 2017. Mr. Armstrong has over 40 years of executive responsibility in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a manufacturing emphasis. He served as an Executive Vice President of Technical Operations and Business Development at CorMedix, Inc., until October 25, 2016. Mr. Armstrong served as an Executive Vice President of Technical Operations at CorMedix, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Genaera Corporation since January 1, 2006 and also served as its President since July 2005. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Genaera Corp. from July 2004 to January 2006 and served as its Executive Vice President from October 2003 to January 2006. He served as the President of Correvio. He served as Senior Vice President of Urocor Corporation. He served as Vice President of Business Development of UroCor, Inc. from December 1999 to November 2001 and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mills Biopharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of UroCor Inc. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Oread Inc., from February 1998 to August 1999. From July 1991 to January 1998, he held the positions of President of Worldwide Manufacturing/Quality Division, Senior Vice President of Administration and President of ENDO Laboratories and President of the Global Manufacturing and Quality Division at DuPont Merck Pharmaceuticals Company. Prior to that, he served in numerous roles of increasing responsibility in Manufacturing Operations at Merck, Sharp and Dohme, Stuart Pharmaceuticals and Marion Merrell Dow Inc. and ICI Pharma (now Astra Zeneca). He has been a Director of Genaera Corp. since February 8, 2006. Mr. Armstrong earned his MBA from Century University in 1993.

Liz Masson serves as the Executive Vice President of CORMEDIX INC.. Liz started at CORMEDIX INC. in March of 2018. Liz is currently based in the New London/Norwich, Connecticut Area.
