Mr. Ronald J. Foster, also known as Ron, has been Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of CSI Compressco GP Inc., the General partner of csi compressco lp (formerly known as compressco partners, l.p.) since July 2014. Mr. Foster served as President of CSI Compressco GP Inc., (formerly, Compressco Partners GP Inc) from October 31, 2008 to July 2014. Mr. Foster served as the President at Compressco Inc., a subsidiary of TETRA Technologies, Inc. from October 2008 to July 2014. He served as the Principal Executive Officer and President at Compressco Finance Inc., until July 2014. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Compressco Partners GP Inc., the General Partner of Compressco Partners, L.P. since August 2014. From August 2002 to September 30, 2008, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Compressco Inc. Mr. Foster has over 30 years of energy-related work experience that also includes positions with Wood Group, Halliburton and Dresser. He has been a Director of Compressco Partners GP Inc. since October 31, 2008. He serves as a Director at Compressco Finance Inc. He served as a Director of Compressco, Inc. from October 31, 2008 to October 2012. He is an active member of several regional industry trade organizations, including the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA). Mr. Foster holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1978.

Mr. Owen A. Serjeant has been the President of CSI Compressco GP Inc. at CSI Compressco LP since November 20, 2017. Mr. Serjeant is responsible for working with the leadership team to build upon the strengths of CSI Compressco and its asset base in order to achieve the growth objectives and financial performance of CSI Compressco, as well as driving a culture that operationalizes its values of service, customer focus, integrity and reliability. Mr. Serjeant has more than 35 years of global management and operational experience in a variety of areas within the energy industry, including the Compression, Subsea Production and Hydrocarbon Processing areas. Most recently he served as Group Vice President of Global Operational Support for Cameron, a Schlumberger Limited Company from April 2016 to November 2017. He served as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Cameron International Corporation. Mr. Serjeant served as Vice President and President of Subsea Systems at Cameron International Corporation since March 2010. He served as President of Process & Compression Systems since August 2012. He served as Vice President of Projects and Operations with the Subsea Systems division of Drilling & Production Systems group. He has been with Cameron since 1981, both domestic and international and has held various management positions in operations and engineering with Compression Division's Aftermarket Group based in the UK, TurboMachinery group and the Cameron Division. Prior to this role, he held various managerial roles with increasing responsibilities for Cameron International, which was acquired by Schlumberger in 2016. From July 1999 to April 2016, Mr. Serjeant served in various senior operations management roles with increasing responsibility, including most recently as Corporate Vice President ??? Global Operational Excellence and Group Vice President - Compression Systems Division, at Cameron International Corporation, a publicly traded company prior to its acquisition by Schlumberger in April 2016. He began his career with Cooper Energy Services and served in a variety of operations, engineering, marketing and sales roles from 1981 to 1999. He has been Director of CSI Compressco GP Inc. at CSI Compressco LP since November 21, 2017. Mr. Serjeant holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University and a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College, both in the UK.

Mr. Charles Brad Benge has been a Vice President of Operations - CSI Compressco Gp Inc, general partner of csi compressco lp since August 2014. Mr. Benge has been Vice President of Compression Services at Compressor Systems, Inc., since September 2010. He has 35 years of industry experience, including 6 years with CSI. He served as Vice President of Compression Services at CSI since September 2010. From September 2009 to September 2010, he served as Vice President of Eastern Region Compression Services at CSI. He joined CSI in February 2008 and served as its Project Manager until September 2009. From 1984 to 2007, he served in multiple roles at Exterran including; Vice President of Operations, multiple mergers and acquisitions positions and various supervisory positions. He began his career in 1979 as a natural gas compressor and engine mechanic for Halliburton in Central Texas. Mr. Benge attended Tarleton State University.

Mr. Derek C. Coffie served as the Chief Financial Officer of CSI Compressco GP Inc. from June 20, 2016 to March 17, 2017 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until March 17, 2017. Mr. Coffie joined CSI Compressco from United Holdings, a subsidiary of Kirby Corporation (NYSE:KEX), where he served as Vice President Finance and Controller since 2015. From 2008 to 2014, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lennox International's Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration division. From 2002 to 2008, he served as Controller for Johnson Outdoors. He was a Finance Director of Steelcase Inc., Director of finance of Johnson Controls Inc., and Group Controller of Illinois Tool Works. Mr. Coffie began his career at Monsanto, a sustainable agriculture company, where he held various financial and management roles with increasing responsibility during his 16 year tenure. He has over 35 years of accounting and financial management experience, working in a variety of industries, including agribusiness, manufacturing and land-based diesel engine services. Mr. Coffie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee State University and an MBA from Washington University's Olin School of Business.
