Mr. Stephan Kiratsous serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Delphi Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Kiratsous served as Co-Head of Americas Insurance Division-Financial Institutions Group of Credit Suisse Group since July 11, 2007. He served as Co-Head of the financial institutions group for the Americas of HSBC Bank plc since August 2006. Mr. Kiratsous joined HSBC in 2005 as Head of Americas Insurance Investment Banking for HSBC Securities USA Inc. and served as its Managing Director. Mr. Kiratsous served as Managing Director of Insurance Mergers and Acquisitions of Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he spent nine years with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette as a senior member. Mr. Kiratsous has been a Director of Delphi Financial Group, Inc. since May 2012.

Mr. Chad William Coulter has been Senior Vice President of Delphi Financial Group Inc. since February 2007 and as its General Counsel since January 1998 and Secretary since May 2003. Mr. Coulter serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of Acorn Advisory Capital, L.P. He has been Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company ('RSLIC'), First Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company ('FRSLIC') and Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company of Texas ('RSLIC-Texas') subsidiaries of Delphi Financial Group Inc. since January 1998. He served as vice president of Delphi Financial Group Inc. from January 1998 to February 2007. He also served for RSLIC in similar capacities from February 1994 to August 1997, and in various capacities from January 1991 to February 1994. From August 1997 to December 1997, Mr. Coulter served as Vice President and General Counsel of National Life of Vermont.
