Mr. Andreas Nikolaos Michalopoulos has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Diana Shipping Inc. since March 08, 2006. Mr. Michalopoulos has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Diana Containerships Inc. since January 13, 2010. Mr. Michalopoulos served as an International Corporate Auditor of Nestle SA, (Switzerland) since 1995 and Trade Marketing and Merchandising Manager since 1998. Mr. Michalopoulos started his career in 1993 when he joined Merrill Lynch Private Banking in Paris. He served as an Associate Generalist Consultant of McKinsey and Company from 2000 to 2002 and Vice President of International Business Development of Lavipharm SA from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2006, he served as Projects Manager at Diana Shipping Agencies. Mr. Michalopoulos graduated from Paris IX Dauphine University with Honors in 1993 obtaining an MSc in Economics and a Masters degree in Management Sciences specialised in Finance. In 1995, he also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Imperial College, University of London.

Mrs. Maria Dede has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Diana Shipping Inc. since September 1, 2005. Mrs. Dede served as an employee of DSS since March 2005. From 1996 to 2000, Mrs. Dede was employed by Venus Enterprises SA, where she held a number of positions primarily in accounting and supplies. In 2000, Mrs. Dede joined the Athens branch of Arthur Andersen, which merged with Ernst and Young (Hellas) in 2002, where she served as an External Auditor of shipping companies until 2005. Mrs. Dede holds Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration.

Mr. Anastassis C. Margaronis has been the President of Diana Shipping Inc. since February 21, 2005. Mr. Margaronis has been the President of Diana Containerships Inc. since January 13, 2010. He joined Diana Shipping Agencies in 1979 and has been responsible for overseeing the insurance matters, including hull and machinery, protection and indemnity and war risks cover. He has over 27 years of experience in shipping, including in ship finance and insurance. Mr. Margaronis has been a Director of Diana Shipping Inc. since February 21, 2005 and Diana Containerships, Inc. since January 13, 2010. He serves as a Director of Diana Shipping Services S.A. and United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association (Bermuda) Limited. He is a Member of the Governing Council of the Greek Shipowner's Union. Mr. Margaronis holds a Bachelors Degree of Economics from the University of Warwick and a master's of science degree in Maritime Law from the Wales Institute of Science and Technology.

Mr. Ioannis G. Zafirakis serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Diana Shipping Inc. and has been its Secretary since February 21, 2005. Mr. Zafirakis has been the Chief Operating Officer of Diana Containerships Inc. since January 13, 2010 and its Executive Vice President. He serves as Secretary of Diana Containerships Inc. since February 21, 2005. Mr. Zafirakis served as an Executive Vice President of Diana Shipping Inc., since February 14, 2008. He served as Vice President of Diana Shipping Inc. since February 21, 2005. He serves as an employee of DSS. Prior to February 21, 2005, Mr. Zafirakis was employed by Diana Shipping Agencies SA and performed on behalf the services he now performs as Vice President. He joined Diana Shipping Agencies SA in 1997 where, he held a number of positions in its finance and accounting department. He has been a Director of Diana Containerships Inc. and Diana Shipping Inc. since March 09, 1999. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Cass Business School, City of London and a Master's degree in International Transport from the University of Wales in Cardiff.
