Mr. Jurgen Lika, CPA serves as Vice President of Easterly Partners Group LLC. Mr. Lika is responsible for the accounting, financial operations and financial reporting functions. He has been the Chief Financial Officer at Easterly Acquisition Corp. since May 2015 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Lika is the Vice President of finance at Easterly Capital, LLC. Mr. Lika's expertise lies in the areas of investment valuation and controls, especially as related to fund accounting and reporting. Prior to joining Easterly in November 2014, he served as a Manager of Audit Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2005 to 2014, providing audit and non-audit services to investment advisors and regulated and unregulated investment companies, including mutual funds, bank collective funds and investment partnerships. Mr. Lika is a licensed CPA. Mr. Lika received a B.S. in Accounting from Boston University.
