Mr. Ran Fridrich is a Principal at Oristan Ltd. Mr. Fridrich is a Partner of Kanir. He has been in investment advising since 2001. He has been Consultant of Capstone Investments, CDO Repackage Program since January 2005. Mr. Fridrich has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ellomay Capital Ltd. since December 31, 2009 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. In January 2001, Mr. Fridrich founded the Proprietary Investment Advisory in Israel and served as its Investment Advisor until January 2004. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lito Ziv from 1999 to 2001 and Mirkam Packaging Ltd. from 1983 to 1999. He Co-founded Oristan Ltd., an Investment Manager of CDO Equity, Mezzanine Funds and a Distress Fund. Mr. Fridrich has been a Director of Cargal Ltd. since September 2002. He has been a Director of NUR Macroprinters Ltd. since March 31, 2008. He has been a Director of Ellomay Capital Ltd. since March 31, 2008. Mr. Ori Rosenzweig has been Chief Investments Officer at Ellomay Capital Ltd. since November 2014. Mr. Rosenzweig is employed at Giza Singer Even, Ltd. He served as Head of Cash Management at Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M. from 2013 to 2014; Vice President - Finance at AFI Investments from 2009 to 2013 and a Senior Manager at GSE financial consulting from 2002 to 2008. He has in-depth experience as an economist and finance consultant. He is an expert in derivative asset valuations and strategy definition for raising capital. He holds a BA in Business Management and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA (Finance) from Tel Aviv University.

Ms. Kalia Weintraub has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ellomay Capital Ltd. since January 1, 2009. Ms. Weintraub served as Controller of Ellomay Capital Ltd. since January 2007. She was responsible, among her other duties, for the preparation of all financial reports. Prior to joining Ellomay, she worked as a certified public accountant in the AABS High-Tech practice division of the Israeli accounting firm of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, an affiliate of the international public accounting firm Ernst & Young, from 2005 to 2007 and in the audit division of the Israeli accounting firm of Brightman Almagor Zohar, an affiliate of the international public accounting firm Deloitte, from 2003 to 2004. Ms. Weintraub holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and an M.B.A. degree from the Tel Aviv University and is licensed as a CPA in Israel.

Ms. Lilach Danewitz serves as the Head of Partnerships & Legal and Partner at iAngels Crowd Ltd. Ms. Danewitz has more than a decade of business and legal experience from top tear companies in both sectors. She has worked for 6 years at S.Horowitz & Co. as a Senior Associate at the Hi-Tech and Business Department. She served as Business Development Manager at Ellomay Capital Ltd. She specializes in the renewable energy field. From 2007 to 2012, she served as a Commercial Lawyer at S. Horowitz & Co., one of Israel's foremost law firms, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and commercial transactions (in particular, high-tech and start-up companies). Ms. Danewitz received her LL.B. in Law and B.A. in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzeliya and was admitted to the Israeli Bar on 2008.
