Therapist in general are a caring bunch but seldom willing to come forward and take a stand that would encourage management to move away from making documentation longer and longer and longer you get the picture. Longer and more complex does not equate with high productivity.
Communication is a one way street. Management looking to make documentation longer and longer and longer. Not listening to therapist saying go the other way invest in software that is user friendly and efficient. Encore is not alone in this weakness. A terrible trend in the industry.
