They are by far the worst company to work for! I aways went above and beyond. I walked in one day and they told me i was fired! No reason and said they didn't need a reason. I imagine i was at the top of the food chain pay scale. Productivity level is unrealistic!

Nice people with unrealistic productivity expectations secondary to long and inefficient non user friendly therapy documentation. If it weren’t for the documentation issues therapist would be willing to stay longe

Constant battle between ethical decision making and the risk of losing your job or your lisence or both.

Friends, both professionally for networking, and personally for friendship. Basic need met to complete job requirements. Memo updates on latest political and pending changes in field. Flexible work schedule, no wage increases, fair (+) PTO benefits, non-competitive medical package.

They have a contact list that they make available to employees for everyone on the Leadership Team

Need to gear more towards helping people than helping the company profits!

Negative and immature tpm. Talks about all employees behind their backs to other employees. Only cares about meeting monthly quotas company has set, doesn't care about pts needs or ethics

They have geared towards productivity levels instead of being able to actually make a difference in someones life

Communication is a one way street. Management looking to make documentation longer and longer and longer. Not listening to therapist saying go the other way invest in software that is user friendly and efficient. Encore is not alone in this weakness. A terrible trend in the industry.

The company failing for the wrong they have done.

No performance reviews, no financial increase in wage ever. There is an unspoken policy of NO increases EVER in wages. A cost of living wage would be appreciated, a wage increase based on merit and performance would be outstanding.

Prn rate $10 lower than all other nearby companies. Pay freeze on wages for last 5+yrs, yet productivity standards continue to rise to unrealistic levels

Therapist in general are a caring bunch but seldom willing to come forward and take a stand that would encourage management to move away from making documentation longer and longer and longer you get the picture. Longer and more complex does not equate with high productivity.

Interpersonal relationships with other professionals, sharing ideas and training, ready to step in an help during times of stress

Coworkers were great unless they moved towards management level

United front. Be smart don’t put up with what all therapists know. Is unjust treatment and a toxic work environme

Zero integrity. Literally care less if a patient lives or dies let alone succeeds in rehab the only concern is their profits

Benefits are poor and employees are underpaid as compared to other professionals within same area job requirements. Many employees fresh out of school, get the training and move on to better paying jobs. Job accomplishments minimally acknowledge with informal gift of 'cup' or 'meal'
