Negative and immature tpm. Talks about all employees behind their backs to other employees. Only cares about meeting monthly quotas company has set, doesn't care about pts needs or ethics

They have geared towards productivity levels instead of being able to actually make a difference in someones life

Communication is a one way street. Management looking to make documentation longer and longer and longer. Not listening to therapist saying go the other way invest in software that is user friendly and efficient. Encore is not alone in this weakness. A terrible trend in the industry.

The company failing for the wrong they have done.

No performance reviews, no financial increase in wage ever. There is an unspoken policy of NO increases EVER in wages. A cost of living wage would be appreciated, a wage increase based on merit and performance would be outstanding.

Prn rate $10 lower than all other nearby companies. Pay freeze on wages for last 5+yrs, yet productivity standards continue to rise to unrealistic levels

What are some of the best things about your team?

Therapist in general are a caring bunch but seldom willing to come forward and take a stand that would encourage management to move away from making documentation longer and longer and longer you get the picture. Longer and more complex does not equate with high productivity.

Coworkers were great unless they moved towards management level

United front. Be smart don’t put up with what all therapists know. Is unjust treatment and a toxic work environme

The productivity levels are unrealistic in that you cant give patients the care they needed

Zero integrity. Literally care less if a patient lives or dies let alone succeeds in rehab the only concern is their profits

Benefits are poor and employees are underpaid as compared to other professionals within same area job requirements. Many employees fresh out of school, get the training and move on to better paying jobs. Job accomplishments minimally acknowledge with informal gift of 'cup' or 'meal'
