Mr. Morgan G. Earnest, II, also known as Jerry, has been the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of EPR Properties since May 2009 and February 2012 respectively. Mr. Earnest served as Vice President of Entertainment Properties Trust since May 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Capmark Financial Group Inc. until March 20, 2009. Mr. Earnest served as an Executive Vice President of North American Lending, Mortgage Banking & European Operations of Capmark Financial Group Inc. since November 2005. He was responsible for the co-management of Lending and Originations for both North America and Europe of Capmark Financial. Mr. Earnest served as Principal Executive Officer and President at Capmark Finance Inc. He directly managed both the Hospitality Industry Division and the Golf Finance Group. Mr. Earnest served as the Head of the Specialty Lending Group from February 2003 to October 2005. He joined GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation in March 1996. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Earnest served as a Principal of Lexington Mortgage Company and from 1984 to 1991 with Concord Properties and The Earnest Corporation. From 1980 to 1984, he served as Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Department of Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Earnest served as Head of hospitality lending group from September 2000 to January 2003. He serves as Director of Capmark Capital Inc., Capmark Finance Inc. Mr. Earnest serves as Member of Investment Committee of Mortgage Investments, LLC. He served as Trustee of Entertainment Properties Trust from May 15, 2003 to May 13, 2009. Mr. Earnest is a Member of the Industry Real Estate Financing Advisory Council (IREFAC) of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and a member of the Urban Land Institute. He has an MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of Virginia and is a graduate of Tulane University.

Mr. Mark Alan Peterson, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at EPR Properties since June 30, 2006 and has been its Executive Vice President since May 2015. He was the President at Carriage Country Club. Mr. Peterson is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BS in Accounting, with highest honors, from the University of Illinois in 1986.

Mr. Craig L. Evans has been serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at EPR Properties since April 2015. Mr. Evans joined EPR Properties from the Kansas City, Missouri office of Stinson Leonard Street LLP, where he was a Partner and Co-Chair of its Capital Markets, Energy Transactions and Real Estate Investment Trust practices. During his tenure at Stinson Leonard, he also acted as outside legal counsel to EPR Properties. Mr. Evans was a Partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. He possesses legal experience in the areas of public and exempt offerings of securities, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, joint ventures and corporate governance.

Mr. Michael L. Hirons also known as Mike, CPA, has been Senior Vice President of Strategy and Asset Management at EPR Properties since February 17, 2016. Mr. Hirons served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at EPR Properties since February 2012 until February 16, 2016. Mr. Hirons served as Vice President of Finance at EPR Properties from May 1, 2006 to February 2012. He co-founded Preferred Finance Partners, Inc. and served as its Principal from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Hirons served as Director of Strategic Business Unit Finance at American Italian PastaCompany from 2000 to 2004. From 1999 to 2000, he was the Strategic Planning and Financial Analyst, Seaboard Farms, Inc. From 2996 to 1999, Mr. Hirons was the Assistant to Chief Financial Officer at J.C. Nichols Co. He was a Senior Accountant of Audit at KMPG LLP from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Hirons is a Member at National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ICSC and Financial Executives Institute. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received two bachelor's degrees, with highest distinction, from the University of Kansas in 1993.

Ms. Tonya L. Mater has been the Chief Accounting Officer of EPR Properties since September 9, 2015. Ms. Mater has been Vice President at EPR Properties since 2012 and served as its Controller from 2006 to 2012. From 2002 to 2006, she served in other capacities within the EPR Properties's Accounting Department. Prior to joining the EPR Properties in 2002, Ms. Mater worked as an auditor with KPMG and Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. from 2000 to 2002. Ms. Mater is a C.P.A and received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas in 2000.

Mark Peterson serves as the EVP and CFO for EPR Properties. Mark started at EPR Properties in June of 2004. Mark is based in the Kansas City, Missouri Area.

Jerry Earnest serves as the Chief Investment Officer for EPR Properties. Jerry started at EPR Properties in May of 2009. Jerry is based in the Kansas City, Missouri Area.

Craig Evans serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of EPR Properties. Craig currently resides in the Kansas City, Missouri Area.
