Mr. David A. Helfand has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Equity Commonwealthsince May 2014. He serves as a Co-President at Equity Group Investments since January 2012 where he has overseen Equity Group's real estate activities andall aspects of the Equity Group Investments and also devote a substantial amount of his time to the Zell Opportunities Funds. Prior to re-joining EGI in 2012, Mr. Helfand served as the President, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Helix Funds. He oversaw the acquisition, management and disposition of more than $22 billion in real estate assets. While at Helix, Mr. Helfand also served as Chief Executive Officer for American Residential Communities. Mr. Helfand served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Treasurer of CommonWealth REIT until July 8, 2014. Mr. Helfand has worked with Sam Zell for more than 24 years in a variety of capacities. He served as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Equity Office Properties Trust from September 2001 to April 28, 2003. He joined Equity Office in 1998. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development of Equity Office from February 2000 to September 2001, Senior Vice President of New Business Development of Equity Office from July 1998 to February 2000 and Managing Director of Equity International Properties, Ltd. from December 1997 to July 1998. He served as a Managing Director at Equity International Properties from December 1997 to July 1998. He served as the President at Manufactured Home Communities Inc. from January 1995 to September 1997, Chief Executive Officer from August 1996 to December 1997, Chief Financial Officer from December 1992 to February 1995, Senior Vice President from March 1994 to January 1995. During his five-year tenure at Equity Office, he played an integral role in its growth and strategic redeployment of capital. Under his direction, Equity Office's investment team acquired more than $12 billion in property and sold more than $2 billion in non-core assets. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Tur Partners LLC. He has been a Trustee of Equity CommonWealth since May 23, 2014. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of National Louis University and serves as a Director of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. He served as a Director of Equity Lifestyles Properties, Inc. (formerly, Manufactured Home Communities Inc.) from May 1995 to March 26, 2004. Mr. Helfand earned a Master's degree and MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth Graduate School Of Business and a Bachelor's degree and BA from Northwestern University's Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences.

Mr. Timothy A. Bonang serves as Senior Vice President of The RMR Group LLC. Mr. Bonang is responsible for all investor relations and corporate communications activities at Hospitality Properties Trust, Senior Housing Properties Trust, Government Properties Income Trust, Select Income REIT, Five Star Quality Care, Inc., TravelCenters of America LLC and the RMR Funds. He serves as Senior Vice President and Investor Relations Officer at RMR Advisors Inc., and previously served as its Vice President of Investor Relations. He serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at Equity Commonwealth. Mr. Bonang serves as a Vice President of Investor Relations at CommonWealth REIT and TravelCenters of America LLC. He is responsible for all communications with the investment community, as well as media relations and marketing initiatives. Mr. Bonang serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at Government Properties Income Trust and Five Star Quality Care Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and Investor Relations Officer of various RMR Funds. He served as Director of Investor Relations and Manager of Investor Relations at The RMR Group LLC and Equity Commonwealth. He served as Manager of Investor Relations at TravelCenters of America LLC. Mr. Bonang served as Director of Investor Relations at Senior Housing Properties Trust and previously served as its Manager of Investor Relations. He served as Director of Investor Relations and Manager of Investor Relations at Reit Management & Research LLC. Mr. Bonang served as Vice President of Investor Relations, Director of Investor Relations and Manager of Investor Relations at CommonWealth REIT. He served as Director of Investor Relations of Five Star Quality Care Inc. Previously, Mr. Bonang held public relations positions at Sharon Merrill Associates, BankBoston N.A., Harvard University and the Eastern College Athletic Conference. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Mr. David Weinberg has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Equity Commonwealth since May 2014. Mr. Weinberg served as the Chief Investment Officer of EQX Real Estate Partners, L.P., a private investment firm (EQX), from January 2014 and worked on real estate and real estate-related investments for Equity Group from January 2012 to December 2013. Prior to joining Equity Group, from 2007 through 2011, Mr. Weinberg was responsible for investments in the multifamily and office sectors at Helix Funds and oversaw Helix Funds' dispositions for ARC. Mr. Weinberg also served as Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at EOP where he worked from 2003 to 2007. In this role, he participated in over $6 billion of investment activity and oversaw EOP's 16 million-square-foot office portfolio in Southern California. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weinberg was Vice President of acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management and an attorney at the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP. Mr. Weinberg received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and graduated with highest honors with a B.S. from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Orrin Shifrin has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Equity Commonwealth since May 2014. Mr. Shifrin served as General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of EQX from January 2014 and handled legal matters for Equity Group's real estate investment activity. Mr. Shifrin currently serves as the General Counsel and Secretary for Helix Funds where he has participated in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $2.2 billion in real estate assets. Mr. Shifrin also previously served as the General Counsel for ARC. Prior to joining Helix Funds, Mr. Shifrin served as a Principal at Terrapin Properties, LLC, a privately-held real estate investment and development company (Terrapin), where he worked from October 2002 to April 2005 and where his role involved general counsel duties, business development and operations. While at Terrapin, Mr. Shifrin was involved in over $200 million of residential and commercial real estate-related transactions. Prior to joining Terrapin, Mr. Shifrin was a Partner at the law firm of Katten Muchin

Mr. Jeffrey D. Brown, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at CommonWealth REIT since July 8, 2014. Mr. Brown served as Executive Officer of Barnes Distribution. Prior to this, Mr. Brown served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Phillips Edison & Company from 2008 to 2014. While at Phillips Edison, Mr. Brown was responsible for SEC reporting and accounting functions. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust Inc. since May 2006 and previously served as its Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting. Mr. Brown has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting and controllership responsibilities. He has worked previously with Papa John's International Inc. and LSI Industries, Inc. Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant. He received an M.B.A. from Xavier University and a B.B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University.

Mr. Adam Scott Markman has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer Equity Commonwealth since July 14, 2014. Mr. Markman served as the Managing Director of Consulting at Green Street Advisors, Inc. from 1994 to 2014. Mr. Markman runs Green Street Advisors, Inc.'s exclusive joint venture with Eastdil Secured. Mr. Markman co-manages Green Street Advisors, Inc.'s team involved in valuing unsecured REIT debt. He joined Green Street Advisors, LLC, Research Division in 1994 and served as an REIT Analyst for three years. Mr. Markman also served as a Principal and Managing Director at Green Street Advisors, Inc. Mr. Markman served as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Mr. Markman was in charge of the firm's consulting and advisory practice, played a key role in the firm's investment arm for real estate investment trusts and previously led the firm's retail and lodging research efforts. Mr. Markman also served as a real Estate Consultant at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Mr. Markman was a member of Green Street's Board of Directors and serves on Mark IV Capital's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of UC Irvine's Center for Real Estate. He is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University and B.A. from University of California, Berkeley.

Adam Markman serves as the EVP, CFO & Treasurer for Equity Commonwealth. Adam started at Equity Commonwealth in July of 2014. Adam is based in the Greater Chicago Area.

Allen Samuel serves as the SVP-Investments for Equity Commonwealth. Allen started at Equity Commonwealth in June of 2014. Allen is based in the Greater Chicago Area.
