Everything is good in terms of job security. Draw back is they dont care for senior most resources in the organization who are there for more than 10 years. They are not given timely promotions. This has to be improved.

I have been working here from past 10 years and i have got promotion only once and i had to beg to get the 1st promotion, this was 5 years ago and waiting for my next promotion even after upskilling. I see many of them are promotted even without basic skills and certifications. I'm under payed.
