Very great, love my employer

Company is not good at navigating beeing spread out over countries. Growth is hindered by rigid payment models and restrictions coming from Gilles that does not always match the company's national challenges and individual needs. However eurofins does a lot to help develop leadership and startups.

I live working there a lot

Excellent team work spirit, very stimulating and demanding environment. Things I dislike the most are a rising bureaucracy, group service centers often disconnected from operations and complexity and inefficiency of IT infrastructures.

Training in certain departments is awful. Whatch a video and you should know everything.

Caring team that encourages initiatives and autonomy (there is no micro management)

Flexible hours, kind and make sure you are confident in what you are doing

Havent worned here long enough tk decide this

They listen to suggestions for improvement. They adore room to develop professionally and explore new paths

Pto/ vacation learning academy, opportunities being readily available

The health insurance would be my honest opinion

Matching 401 and health insurance cost is reasonable

Healthcare dental and vision benefits

I believe the best part about the package, is our PTO/Holiday pay policy.

I wish group redistributes more profits with employees, and less with shareholders, as value is built by employees. As a listed company, I consider it is a same not having a profit sharing policy

Increased salary with the company's earnings

It is good 2 weeks off

I have been working here from past 10 years and i have got promotion only once and i had to beg to get the 1st promotion, this was 5 years ago and waiting for my next promotion even after upskilling. I see many of them are promotted even without basic skills and certifications. I'm under payed.

Limited and no growth dead end

My team really has each other's back.

Theyre kind and always willing to help and lend a hand

We are able to be trusted completely on our own. We know the other is doing their part and there will not be a breakdown in the operation and communication

The weekly merting keep me on tracks

Everyone gets to interact and learn about macro environment of workplace despite there is no incentive with making contributions to company?

It was short, friendly and interactive, not Many questions were raised and equality to everyone looking for relevant work at Eurofins.

The variety of challenges and the level of them

Being able to just work and provide for myself

The work that I do is important for many reasons. I know it and so do others, it's acknowledged but even it it weren't I world stop know it

The company needs better detailed protocols for all processes and it needs to spend more time training it scientist instead of throwing them under the bus from the start.
