Mr. Ido Dor has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Crop Enhancement at Evogene Ltd. since November 2015. Mr. Dor served as Vice President Business Development for Ag-Chemicals & Head of Biologicals at Evogene. Mr. Dor has been with Evogene since 2011. Mr. Dor joined Evogene in 2011 as a Director of Business Development and led the business activity of the Ag-Chemicals division. In 2015, Mr. Dor was appointed to lead Evogene's Ag Biologicals activity, overseeing research, development and business aspects. Prior to joining Evogene, Mr. Dor headed the Small & Mid-Size Enterprise business unit at the Israeli branch of SAP, the world leading organizational software company. Prior to his role at SAP Israel, Mr. Dor led a business unit at Niram Gitan Group, a leading Israeli management-consulting firm. Mr. Dor holds an M.B.A. and a BSc in Industrial Engineering - both from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Eran Kosover has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Crop Protection at Evogene Ltd. since November 2015. Mr. Kosover served as Evogene's Vice President Project Management since 2014. Between 2009 and 2011, Between January 2009 and May 2011 Mr. Kosover served as a Business Development Manager. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kosover was in charge of Sales, Business Development and Operations in Atera Networks, an Israeli Hi-tech start-up in the field of SMB IT. Prior to Atera, Mr. Kosover worked as a Project Manager in various strategic consulting projects for Teva Pharmaceuticals (mainly Teva EU division). Mr. Kosover holds an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Economics and Management, both from the Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Yuval Ben-Galim has been the Chief Operating Officer at Evogene Ltd. since September 15, 2016. Mr. Ben-Galim served as the Chief of Product Development at Conduit Ltd. (a/k/a Como) since August 04, 2015 until 2016. Mr. Ben-Galim headed Como' Product and R&D divisions, responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap and overseeing all aspects of development. Mr. Ben-Galim is a veteran high-tech executive and computer science engineer with an extensive background in growing online businesses and an elite track record in planning, executing and managing key business initiatives, from early-stage privately held ventures up to market-leading companies. Prior to joining Como, Mr. Ben-Galim served as Chief Operations Officer at MyHeritage Ltd. since 2011 until November 23, 2015 and was responsible for the global operations of a world leading family history company. He has 15 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry. He combines his strengths in people management with unparalleled understanding of web technologies to spearhead new product developments and synergize company operations at MyHeritage. He served top executive positions at mySupermarket and ProSight (later acquired by Oracle). Before joining MyHeritage, he served as Chief Operations Officer at leading grocery price comparison website mySupermarket, where he was responsible for building and managing the entire R&D division and for cross-departmental management of technical operations ??? from software engineering, QA and IT to customer support. Prior to mySupermarket, he headed R&D operations at Oracle (formerly, ProSight), where his management skills, technical knowledge and excellence in product development proved a key factor in 2005. Mr. Ben-Galim holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Business Management and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Alex Taskar has been Chief Financial Officer at Evogene Ltd. since January 01, 2017. Mr. Taskar served as Chief Financial Officer at Orsus Solutions USA, Inc. With nearly a decade's experience in corporate finance, Mr. Taskar led company finance teams in the US, Europe, Asia and Israel. Mr. Taskar led Mercury Interactive's Israeli operations where he managed all key financial affairs, including acquisitions and legal matters. Mr. Taskar held senior positions with accounting and consulting leader PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A certified public accountant, Mr. Taskar holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and economics as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Hagai Karchi has been Chief Technology Officer at Evogene Ltd. since September 2008 and its Head of R&D Crop Enhancement since November 18, 2015. Dr. Karchi served as an Executive Vice President of Development at Evogene Ltd. since September 2008. He served as the Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of Research and Development at Evogene Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Evogene. He served as the Co-Head of Plant Genomics Division of Compugen. He served in classical tomato breeding since 1987 and isolating new genes. He developed a molecular system for gene discovery. He serves as a Group Leader of a program for high yielding, high quality greenhouse tomatoes. Dr. Karchi lectures frequently in the field of plant genomics and has authored an extensive number of professional publications. Dr. Karchi is a world-renowned researcher in plant genomics and breeding. Dr. Karchi holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. from the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Genome Expression. He holds a Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
