Mr. Steven J. Heyer has been Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman at Haymaker Acquisition Corp. since April 26, 2017. Mr. Christopher Bradley has been Chief Financial Officer of Haymaker Acquisition Corp. since April 26, 2017 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Bradley is a Managing Director at Mistral Equity Partners LLC. Mr. Bradley has over 10 years of experience identifying acquisition candidates, due diligence experience including accounting and financial modeling acumen and deal structuring. He has operations and strategy experience, having advised numerous companies as a member of their board of directors. He was Principal at Mistral Equity Partners LLC since December 22, 2010. He joined Mistral Equity Partners in 2008. He has also guided several Mistral portfolio companies in an operational role. He was employed at Restaurant Brands International Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Bradley was an Associate at The Sage Group LLC, where he specialized in retail and consumer investments. Mr. Bradley was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. Previously, he was a Manager in the Strategy Group at Burger King Holdings, Inc., (Burger King's strategy group) where Mr. Bradley worked on the successful turn-around of that company and a Strategy Consultant in the Retail and Consumer Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Robert Anthony Nisi, also known as Rob, J.D., has been General Counsel & Secretary at Haymaker Acquisition Corp. since April 26, 2017. Mr. Nisi is a Co-founder and Partner at LWPartners Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Nisi is in charge of legal and operations. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its regulatory consulting unit, helping alternative asset managers with operational and compliance related matters. Prior to that, Mr. Nisi served as a Managing Partner, Partner, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Cyrus Capital Partners, L.P., where he helped to launch the distressed debt fund manager and oversaw its growth. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Nisi served as the General Counsel at MacKay Shields LLC. Prior to that, he was an Assistant General Counsel at Prudential Insurance Company and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Nisi has also worked in the investment management practice at the law firms of Kramer Levin and White & Case. He began his investment management career in 1988 as a Staff Attorney at the Division of Investment Management and Enforcement in the New York office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Nisi served as a Director of Virgin America Airlines. He received a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and both a J.D. and an M.B.A. in Finance from Boston University.
