I've had several jobs in my 40 years in the work force and some we bad experiences. I have to say personally that this is one of the better jobs I've had. I truly enjoy what I do.

My immediate supervisor interviewed me. We seemed to hit it off right away and still have a good relationship. She actually told me that she liked me as soon as she met me. That meant a lot to me.

We have an opportunity to work from home which I just started doing 8 months ago. It is a much more comfortable work environment, much quieter and relaxed. I truly enjoy it. I've never had a job that gave me this opportunity.

I feel that wages should be paid compared to your knowledge within the department. I work with a group of 17 people, some of which have worked in the company for 20 plus years. I know more and do more than they do and yet I'm compensated less per hour. I've worked at the company for 5 years.
